Photographer Chad Evans Wyatt and partners PROM Foundation have completed a 13-year look at representatives of the middle-class and professionals among the Roma. A forceful counter to common assumption that the Roma cannot achieve.

Says Wyatt, "I believe that existence of a Romani heart surgeon should banish such silly stereotype. If one denies a people the ability to function in society, is it surprise that still, they must live?"

PROM Foundation of Wrocław celebrates its tenth anniversary at this vernissage. Bearing a distinguished record of advocacy, not only for the Roma in Poland, but for the underprivileged, the bereft. PROM is respected across Europe.

Chad Evans Wyatt brings lengthy experience toward shattering stereotype. A minority himself, he has been welcomed within the Romani communities of several countries in Europe, and in Canada.
