A regular “workday” at the Motivational Education Center of the Czech Brethren Evangelical Church. Since 2006, a few dozen Romani families have lived in Poschla, the much talked-about Vsetin town quarter. The Vsetin Center of the Diocese of the Czech Brethren Church founded and currently runs a community center called Mozaika (The Mosaic). Its mission is to provide support and expert assistance to Romani families with children. Activities are divided into three programs: 1) A preschool (preparing children for school attendance), 2) an educational and motivational center (for elementary school pupils), and 3) programs for adults (spare time and special-interest activities).
